5. Reservation can only be held for 3 days, otherwise to be released.

6. Payment to be made within 3 days after confirmation via MAYBANK & HONG LEONG

7. COD is currently available only in Subang Jaya and Sunway.
- Venue, Time and Date to be arranged.

8. No cancellation allowed upon receiving confirmation email from you.

9. All items are brand new and in perfect condition.

10. Purchase at your own risk.

Types of Delivery

1. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D)
- Venue, time and day to be arranged.
- Currently available in Subang Jaya & Sunway area.
(No extra charges)
- Other places: The Curve, One Utama, Midvalley will be considered.

2. Cash and Carry
- Venue: Subang Jaya (SS15 & SS14)
- Day & Time: Depending on both parties
- No extra charges

3. Postage (Poslaju Only)
- Extra charges will be applied.
- Postage charges are as follows:

Poslaju (Maximun Weight: 1.5kg)
- Within Klang Valley: RM 6.00
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM 6.00
- Peninsular to Sarawak: RM 9.00
- Peninsular to Sabah: RM 10.oo

- Weight load charges will be included in confirmation e-mail from us.

How To Order

Browse through our site, pick your favourite item[s] and send us an email at:
can.d.treats@gmail.com

Step 1.
Send us an email including:
- Your name
- Code Item
- Colour
- Service Preferred
- Address
- Contact Number

Step 2.
We will then reply your enquiries/confirmation email within 24 hours. Do reply the email within 3 days.

Step 3.
Bank in payment to Maybank or Hong Leong (Account number will be provided in confirmation email) within 3 days. If there is no respond from you, items will then be released.

Step 4.
After payment has been done, send us an email or text message. Do include transaction date and amount of payment.

Step 5.
Items will be sent out on the day or next once payment has been received. (Applicable only on weekdays)
-If you were to make payment on Sat or Sun, items will only be sent out on Monday.
